Answer:

Explanation:

Presbyopia is the result of the aging process, when the lens inside the eye gradually loses its flexibility, making it harder to focus on objects up close. Although the condition seems to appear suddenly, in reality, the eye slowly loses its near-focusing power throughout life.

Heyy..hope it helps you....

Answer:

Presbyopia is purely age related(Usually happens after the age of 40) in which person feels difficulty in focussing near objects(& feels difficulty for reading also) in spite of wearing distance correction or not having any distance correction. It is because of reduction in the abilty of crystalline lens to accommodate. In this condition additional plus power is given for near. Whereas Hypermetropia is not age related. It is due to parallel rays of light coming from infinity are focussed behind the Retina with accommodation at rest. Plus(Convex lenses are required for the correction). But no additional plus power is required for near in this case.
