You can categorize appointment using Calendar in outlook.

Explanation:

  • You need to open appointment , then simply name it and add all the participants you need for particulars.
  • On the tab Appointment , click on the categorize in tabs group.
  • If you use it first time the outlook will make you name it, just name it accordingly.
  • You can also make color for each type of meetings or appointment you do later on as in an office you need different meetings basis of the need.
