Answer:No.. if a number is divisible by 3 then it need not be divisible by 9 because only every third multiple of 3 is a multiple of 9 but the two multiples in the middle are not. Eg. 12 which is divisible by 3 but not 9 and also 33 which is divisible by 3 and not 9
