so, Length of new shape will be

10cm-3cm= 7cm

Breadth of new shape will be

6cm-2cm=4cm

And 6cm

Perimeter of new shape is given by

10cm+6cm+7cm+4cm  = 27cm

Hence, Perimeter of new shape = 27 cm.
