Should he work hard, we would pass the Exam.

Why?

Since it is telling us to begin with should we have to change the will into would since it is a completly different tense now, it is unsure, or not certain. We have to keep the meaning the same so we keep the framing of the sentence the same. We now simply have to replace if with should and the will with would and the sense is kept the same and the sentence is correct
