6, If M, N and O are mid-points of sides PQ, PR and QR
respectively of A PQR such that PQ = PR, then prove that triangle MNO
is also isosceles.​

Join the points M, N, and O

In ΔPQR and ΔMNO,

ON ║PQ,

By mid point theorem,

ON = \frac{1}{2}PQ.    =>   PQ = 2×ON  ......(1)

Similarly,  

OM║PR  

OM =\frac{1}{2} PR.     =>   PR = 2×OM .......(2)

But , PQ = PR

∴ From equations (1) and (2),

  ON = OM

∴ΔMNO is isosceles.
