So,

SP of 20 articles = CP of 23 articles = 23x

SP of 1 article = (23x/20)

Profit = SP - CP

=> (23x/20) - x

=> Rs. 3x/20

Profit% = (Profit/CP)×100

=> {(3x/20)/x}× 100

=> (3x/20x)×100

=> 15%

Hence, Profit% = 15%.
