ANSWER = 12

 \frac{x}{3 }  -  \frac{x}{4}  = 1 \\

 \implies \:  \:  \frac{4x - 3x}{12}  = 1 \\

 \implies \: \frac{x}{12}  = 1 \\

 \implies \: x = 12
