Answer:

I think there is more co² in the exhaled air because Exhaled air is warmer and cleaner than inhaled air. Oxygen The percentage of Oxygen in exhaled air is less than in inhaled air because the body uses Oxygen for respiration Carbon Dioxide The percentage of carbon dioxide increases when exhaling as it is a product of respiration

Title

Respiration is a biological process which involves the intake of oxygen from the surrounding into the body tissues for cellular functions and expel carbon dioxide into the surrounding medium.

Explanation:

Oxygen intake inside the body is carried by out by lungs which is then passed to the heart through blood and from heart oxygen is supplied to various parts of the body for various cellular functions. Oxygen is required for the breakdown of food to release energy in the body. So oxygen makes our metabolism more effective. Enhances physical activity in the body as during physical work our muscles needs more oxygen. so about 3% of total oxygen in the blood is dissolved in the plasma that carries oxygen to the different body's cells whereas rest 97% is combine with haemoglobin in order to form oxyhaemoglobin and transport oxygenation blood to different parts of the body. When the level of carbon dioxide increases in the body it makes breathing more difficult. Increase in level of carbon dioxide in the body also increases the blood pressure. when carbon dioxide is combined with haemoglobin it forms carboxyheamoglobin make the pH of blood acidic. It also causes dizziness, headache, heart rate increases and so on. this is the reason that more carbon dioxide is elevated out of body in order to maintain good health. As it creates a negative impact on the health.
