Answer - Rs 14 /kg

let the rate of another wheat = x /kg

Total cost = 3x + 6×8 = 10 ×(3+6)

=> 3x = 90 - 48 = 42

=> x = 42/3 = 14 ......

The correct option is B) Rs 14/kg.

Step-by-step explanation:

Consider the provided information.

Place price on the top of the cross, and quantity on the bottom of the cross and the final average in the middle.

  8                 x

    \              /

       \       /

          10

       /       \

    /            \

6                 3

(x-10)            (10-8)

Now form the equation.

\dfrac{x-10}{10-8}=\dfrac{6}{3}

\dfrac{x-10}{2}=\dfrac{6}{3}

3x-30=12\\\\3x=42\\\\x=14

Hence, the correct option is B) Rs 14/kg.
