They will meet around 6 p.m

Step-by-step explanation:

Consider the provided information.

It is given that the distance between them is 18 km.

Manju's speed is 5 km/h and Seema's  speed is 4 km/h.

That means Manju can cover 5 km and seema can cover 4 km in 1 hour.

Together they can cover a distance of 9 km in 1 hr. (5km+4km=9km)

Simply divide 18 with 9 that will gives the number of hour required to cover the distance.

\frac{18}{9}=2

Thus, it will take 2 hours of time to cover 18 km.

That means they will meet around 6 p.m
