1 man will complete the work in = 6 × 12 = 72 days
1 woman will complete the work in = 8 × 18 = 144 days
1 child will complete the work in = 18 × 10 = 180 days
4 men + 12 women + 20 children's 2 days' work
= 2 (472+12144+20180)
= 2 (118+112+19)
= 2(2+3+4)36 = 12
∴ Remaining work = 12
∴ Required number of men
=72×12 = 36
