Question

6 months ago, I was licked/bitten by a 2-3 week old puppy. It was not unprovoked. Is it possible that I have rabies considering:

1) There was no blood or bite mark, just a raised skin portion which disappeared within an hour (I have dermatographia).
2) The puppy didn't die for at least a month and is probably still alive.
3) I've been having a little irregular tingling and muscle pain throughout my body, but it could be B12 and D vitamins deficiency.
4) THIS HAPPENED 6 MONTHS AGO AND I PROPOERLY WASHED THE SITE WITH SOAP, WATER AND ANTISEPTIC
