==> 180 = 12x - 5x

==> 180 = 7x

==> x = 180/7

x/6 + 6 = 2x/5

x + 36 / 6 = 2x/5


5 ( x + 36 ) = 6 × 2x


5x + 180 = 12x


12x - 5x = 180


7x = 180


x = 180/7

The required number is 180/7.
