To find : total weight of peanuts and jaggery that Mrs. Singh bought.

Given : weight of 4 packets of peanut each =  375.20 g

weight of 2 packets of jaggery each = 200.80 g

Solution :

  • For peanuts :

       weight of 1 packets of peanut =  375.20 g

       weight of 4 packet of peanut  = 375.20g\times 4

                                                        = 1500.8 g

  • For jaggery :

        weight of 1 packets of jaggery  = 200.80 g

        weight of 2 packet of jaggery = 200.80g\times 2

                                                          = 401.6 g

  • Total weight of peanuts and jaggery = 1500.08 g + 401.6g

                                                                      = 1901.68g

Hence ,total weight of peanuts and jaggery that Mrs. Singh bought was 1901.68g.
