Photosynthesis in plant life, takes place by the absorption of CO2 from the earth’s atmosphere. When the plant life is destroyed, the Carbon Dioxide levels in the atmosphere will increase drastically leading trap of heat radiation which causes global warming. This rise in temperature will affect the water cycle. Disturbance in the water cycle will lead to a chain of events and in the end, the rainfall pattern changes and results in droughts.
