deflection indicate? At the same time Ravi could not find any deflection in the magnetic compass in the
same circuit, with another liquid. Give reason for the above in each case. Give two examples for each of

In the second case, the compass didn't show any deflection thus, no electric current was flowing. Therefore, the liquid used must be a poor conductor of electricity like distilled water or salt solution.
