immersion rod and heating material are made of up metals because metals are good conductor of heat and electricity so due to its conduction heating material are made from metals.

Copper cannot displace zinc from its salt solution because zinc is more reactive than copper .As per the guidelines we know that more reactive material displaces less reactive material from its salt solution.
