Such a Situation can be very dangerous. Now, If you do not have an antiseptic then the first and the foremost thing to do is to take a piece of cloth and tie it around the areas your were stung. This prevents the acid entered in your body from being exposed to other parts of it.

Now, the next thing to do is to look for Dock Leaves. It is often claimed that crushed dock leaves relieve the pain because their alkaline sap neutralizes the acid.
