Answer:

plz mark brainliest if u found it helpful

Step-by-step explanation:

let the length be = x

breadth = 2x / 3

perimeter of an rectangle =2 [ l + b ]

40 = 2  [ x + 2x/ 3 ]

40 /2 = 5x/3

20 * 3 = 5x

60 = 5x

x = 60/5

x = 12

length = 12 m

breadth = 2* 12 / 3

              = 8 m

Answer:

Given,

The Breadth of are rectangular garden is (2/3) of the length value. And the perimeter is 40 cm.

Find,

The dimensions of the rectangular gardens = ?

“Let suppose that the length of the Rectangular garden = x cm and then the value of the breadth B = (2/3)x cm.”

And we know that Perimeter P = 2(L+W)

2[x + (2/3)x]=40

(5/3)x = 20

x = (3×4)= 12 cm

So,

the required value of the length x = 12 cm.

And the required value of the breadth B = (2/3)x= 8 cm answer.

ANSWER is 8 cm
