The balance of trade debtors can be determined from the debtor account.

The end balance is moved to the asset side of the balance sheet. A Debt holder account isn't considered as income. Debt holder implies cash owed by the clients. The closing debtor can be determined by: credit sales + opening debtor - cash paid by the debtor  - bill receivable provided - bad debt. Debt holder account generally shows charge balance. It never shows a credit balance. Assuming it shows a credit balance, then, at that point, it implies there is a mistake.
