From D to E.

Explanation:-speed is slope of distance -time graph.Speed will change in the slope will change.

From A to B speed is 0 since slope is 0.

From B to C speed is constant since slope is constant .

From C to D speed is again 0 since slope is 0.

From D to E the slope is not constant since Theta is changing at every point on the graph , therefore speed is not same all over from D to E .

Hence speed of object is changing from D to E.
