(i) All the circular lines from the equator on both sides are called latitude . Latitudes are 10° to 90° north of equator and 10° to 90° south of equator.
(ii) All the imaginary semi-circles which join north pole to south pole are termed as meridians of longitudes.
(iii) The extent or amount of space between two things , poles, lines etc are called distances.
