Step-by-step explanation:

let, the length of of a rectangle be x metre.

the length of of a breath is y metre.

a/c to condition 1

x=y+5

x-y=5...................1

a/c to condition 2

perimeter=2(length+breath)

250=2(x+y)

2(x+y)=250

2x+2y=250

dividing both sides by 2.

x+y=125...............................2

by solving it. We get,

x=65 y=60

therefore,

the length of of a rectangle is 65 metre.

the length of of a breath is 60 metre.
