6. The length of the base of a triangle is 12 cm and its area is 108 cm square 2. Find the height of the
triangle. If the height of this triangle is halved and the length of the base is doubled, then find:
(a) the area of the new triangle.
(b) the increase or decrease in area of the triangle. ​
