Thus ,

$\sf \mapsto x + \frac{9x}{100} = 28320 \\ \\ \sf \mapsto \frac{100x + 9x}{100} = 28320 \\ \\\sf \mapsto 109x = 2832000 \\ \\ \sf \mapsto x = \frac{2832000}{109} \\ \\ \sf \mapsto x = 25982 \: \: (approx)$
