number of tiles=250×200/10×10
number of tiles =500

Area of a tile =10×10=100cm.sq
Conversion of unit-2.5×100=250cm
2×100=200cm
Area of floor=250×200=50000cm.sq
Nu. of tiles required=50000÷100
=500tiles Ans.
