Heron's Formula =

s = a + b + c/2 = 10+12+14/2 = 18

 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

 \sqrt{18(18 - 10)(18 - 12)(18 - 14)}  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{18(8)(6)(4)}  =  3\times 4 \times 2 \sqrt{6}\\  \\  = 24 \sqrt{3}

Ans : c) 24 root 3
