Step-by-step explanation:

Question:-

The sides of a triangle are in ratio of 4:5:6. If the perimeter of the triangle is 30cm,find its sides.

Answer:-

Given :-

The given figure is a triangle.

Ratio of its sides - 4:5:6

Perimeter of the triangle - 30cm

To find :-

Sides of the triangle

Process :-

We know that:-

Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides

Here,

Let each side of triangle be 4x,5x and 6x.

Then,each side of triangle:-

⇒ Perimeter = 4x +5x +6x \\ \\ ⇒30 = 15x \\ \\ ⇒15x = 30 \\ \\⇒x = \frac{30}{15} = 2

Substituting the value of x :-

⇨4x = 4 × 2 = 8cm

⇨5x = 5 × 2 = 10cm

⇨6x = 6 × 2 = 12cm

Therefore, all three sides of the triangle are 8cm,10cm and 12cm.

Hope it helps you...
