y2-y1/x2-x1

so

8–0/-8–0

=8/-8

=-1

so slope of the line is -1

so in straight lines chapter we all know that if two lines are perpendicular to each other then the product of their slopes is -1

so let the slope of the other line be m

so

-1x m = -1

so m=1

so answer is 1
