Answer:

Problem/Cause

You may receive this error message when trying to display a Past Date Record (PDR). For example: RPP/RLC-RECLOC

Possible cause:

You are using a different office ID than yours in the entry

The PDR was created by an office with whom you do not have a security (EOS) agreement

You are trying to open the PNR from the RLD (display purged PNR) list , but the PNR is not yet purged

Customer Action

The PDR found as a result of your request is secured and may not be displayed.

1. If you are using a different office ID than yours in the entry, make sure that your office has an Extended Office Security (EOS) agreement with that office ID.

For example: EODENSXXXX01-ENSXXXX5Z

2. If you are not using a different office ID in the entry, this error means that the PDR was created by an office with whom you do not have an EOS agreement.

3. If you are sure that the PDR was created by your office, or an office that has an EOS agreement with you, contact your Amadeus Help Desk (or Representative).

Note: The field to be checked is only PDR: neither PNO (control individual PNR retrieval by all methods) nor PNG (control group PNR retrieval by all methods).

IDENTIFIER: PDR

ACCESS MODES: R, N, X

OWNER LEVEL: C, O

DESCRIPTION: ALLOWS PAST DATE RECORDS TO BE RETRIEVED BY OFFICES THAT DO NOT HAVE PNR RETRIEVAL SECURITY AGREEMENTS IN PLACE.

Note: PDRs are kept in the system for 3 years. Different PDRs could be found for the same request, when using the following entry:

RPP/RLC-(reference number)

Only one PDR will be accessible for you. To restrict the number of PDRs returned by the system, you should add in the request any date when the PNR was active (for example: date of creation or issuance).

For example: RPP/RLC-RECLOC/01JANXX

More details

Past Date Records (PDRs) are PNRs that have been purged from the online system and that are kept for 3 years. A PDR can be retrieved by any dated segment (air, auxiliary), except for information and open segments (as they are not indexed). It can also be retrieved by the following elements:

Amadeus Prepaid Ticket Advice number (PTA)

Ticket number

Record locator

Insurance confirmation number

Frequent Flyer number

Customer profile record locator

When an agent retrieves a PDR, if the PNR belonged to another office (or if the office ID that appears in the input is different than the agent's office), the system checks the current EOS agreements. If it is not allowed, the message RESTRICTED PDR FOUND is displayed.
