Velocity of A = 3v
radius of orbit of A = 4R
Let velocity of B =V
radius of orbit of B = R

$\frac{V}{3v}= \sqrt{ \frac{4R}{R} } \\ \\\frac{V}{3v}= \sqrt{4}=2\\ \\V=2 \times 3v\\ \\ V=6v$

Speed of satellite B is 6v.
