Yes, I think Arunima was exceptionally brave. She did not allow the loss of her left leg due to a train accident to pull her down. Instead, she decided that she would scale Mount Everest and worked towards accomplishing the goal. Finally, in 2013, she managed to do just what she planned to do. This made her the first female amputee in the world and the first amputee from India who managed to achieve this feat.
