the answer should be option (b)

Explanation:

becoz some bacteria can not survive in cold temperature. And soo why we keep vegetables in freeze ...

and if we talk about option (c) ... so we can see it is written there below freezing temperatures..... as I had explain above bacteria can not survive below freezing point or below boiling point ..... so it can't be the right answer ....

So option (b) is the right answer according to me ...
