OR property is used to set multiple criteria in a query.

  • Open the table you want to use as the source for your query, then choose Query Design from the Create menu.
  • Double-click the fields you wish to see in the query results after selecting the table in the Query Designer.
  • In the Criteria row, enter your first criteria.
  • Note: If you wish to find certain last names, put the criteria in the Last Name field. In this example, we've utilised the Country/Region column.
  • Add the alternative criterion in it or the row, utilise the blank rows beneath if there is more than one, and then click Run.
  • To save your query, use CTRL+S.
