It’s one of of the most important fluid connective tissue of our body. Almost the transportation of all the substances takes place on our body through blood. It has 3 major components-
1. RBC- Carry haemoglobin through the body
2. WBC - protects us from all the infections and allergies
3.Platelets - help in clotting of blood at the point of injury
Also the fluid component of blood is called plasma. It transports many substances like proteins, nitrogenous wastes and hormones.
