Given:   rational number - 2

To Find : three rational numbers greater than -2

A. -2, 3, -4

B. -3/2, -1, -1/2

C. -1, 2, -3

D. -2, +2, -3

Solution:

rational numbers greater than -2

are -3/2 , - 1  and - 1/2

Hence option  B) is correct

rational number lies between 3/5 and 3/4

12/20   and 15/20

7/10  = 14/20

Hence 7/10  lies between 3/5 and 3/4

option B) is correct

Dividend = (p × quotient) + remainder

p = divisor

option  C. divisor

214*6587 by 9, the remainder is 0

Sum of digits should be divisible by 9

2 + 1 + 4 +  *  + 6 + 5 + 8 + 7

= 33 + *

* = 3  as 36 is divisible by 9

Hence option  D) 3

3- digit numbers will be divisible by 4

100 is first    996 is last

996  = 100 + (n - 1) 4

=> n = 225

option B)  225

smallest square number that is divisible by each 4, 9 and 10

LCM ( 4 ,9 , 10)  = 180

180 = 2 * 2 * 3 *  3 * 5

5 is single

hence 180 * 5 = 900 is  smallest square number that is divisible by each 4, 9 and 10

option  A. 900

√(1³ + 2³ + 3³) = √36   6   option B)

729 = 9³

Hence Option C) 729
