If I'm spending more time in Internet/Mobile Games, Laptop, phone, etc. then I will do the following points :

1. I will read the books, Encyclopedias, Novels, etc.
2. I will go to the Garden and Park.
4. I will go to the Playground with my friends to play the physical games.
5. I will do the meditation and yoga.
6. I will play the Indoor Games like Chess, Ludo, Carrom, Business Game, etc.
7. I will do the Studies.
8. I will plant the trees.
9. I will develop my hobbies.
