Answer:

Hey here is ur answer.....

6. Nucleolus is the organelle .

7. Hypertonic solution is the solution which have higher concentration of solute then the cell and have high osmotic pressure outside the cell.

8. Hypotonic solution is the solution have lower concentration of solute then the cell.

9. Chemical composition of cell wall in fungi is chitin . In plants it is cellulose .

10. In diffusion molecules move in a random fashion , the net result being subs. moving from region of higher conc. to lower conc.

11. Cell was first discovered by robert hooke in 1665 . He observed the cell with the help of a primitive microscope . It was robert brown in 1831 who discovered the nucleus in the cell . The cell theory , that all the plants and animals are composed of cells and that the cell is basic unit of life .

12. The plasma membrane allows the entry and exit of some material in and out of the cell . It also prevent movement of some other material . The cell membrane therefore called selectively permeable membrane .

13. Eukaryotic cell contain membrane bound cell organelles while prokaryotic donot . Eukaryotes are complex , large cells while prokaryotes are simple , small cells .

14. Lysosomes may burst and enzymes digest their own cell . Therefore are called suicide bags .

15. Mitochondria is known as the power house of cell . It has 2 membrane coverings . The outer membrane is porous and inner membrane is deeply folded .

16. PLASTIDS : Plastids are present in plant cell . There are 2 types of plant cell - Chromoplasts and luecoplasts . Chromoplasts contain the pigment chlorophyll known as chloroplasts . Leucoplasts are primarily organelles in which materials like starch , oils , proteins granules are stored .

VACOULES : Vacuoles are storage sacs for solid or liquid content . Vacuoles are small sized in animal cells while plant cells have very large vacuoles .
