There are few women in the Parliament due to gender discrimination . People still think that women's participation should not be there in any work or political field , and this influences gender inequality in the country . This also leads to less participation of women in the Parliament. To increase the participation of women in the Parliament , we need to spread awareness regarding gender equality and try to increase it . This way there will be no discrimination based on gender and women will get equal rights like that of men .
