6 why does intake of penicillin not affect human cells ?

Penicillin is an antibiotic which is used to kill bacteria by destroying the cell wall of bacteria and stopping the multiplication of bateria but it does not affect the humans because we dont have cell wall to stop the growth of cell wall.
