With reference to order no. - 569XY, dated 2 May 2021, we wish to inform you that we haven't received the order yet.

Based on the expected delivery date, the order was supposed to be delivered on 8 May 2021. This long delay in delivery has already caused us considerable inconvenience in the business.

We hope that you understand the urgency of the matter and let us know when we may expect to receive the order. If you fail to deliver the goods within 2 days, we would have no other option but to cancel the order and demand the full refund of the advance payment.

I am Raman the owner of Sundar Cloth House Ambala cantt. I orderd a machine for washing cloth few days age but I get it yesterday. Due to it I faced a lot of problem for few days. The things was delivered 5 days later than my order. I want to say to not give late deliveries again. Because people may face the problem like.
