a . Animal fibre is a fibre that we get from animals. the difference between plant fibre and animal fibre are plant fibres is obtained from the plants while the animal fibres are obtained from animal. Plants fibres examples are cotton and jute while the animal fibre examples are wool and silk .

b.The angora wool is silky and cold and is more yielding to the human body, whereas the merino type of wool is very warm and silky. Angora's wool comes from downy coat of angora rabbit is a combination of angora sheep's wool and rabbit hair, while the merino type of wool is made up of only Merino sheep.

c . Scouring is washing of fleece to remove dirt, grease etc. Sorting is separating different types of wool. Sorting is the method of removal of inferior wool. whereas Scouring is the removal of dirt,grease,lanolin,etc by washing the wool in hot water with detergent such as soda ash and then drying.

d Answer: Moulting- the process of shedding the skin , to grow a New one by insects, like a caterpillar. Reeling- it is a method of obtaining silk fibers from the cocoon's.

7. It is not safe to wear nylon clothes while bursting crackers while diwali because nylon is a cloth whichtends to catch fire easily. So it is safer to wear a cloth except polyester and nylon as they both catch fire easily and stick to our body.
