Here, 6(x+2)² - 5(x+2)-4

Let, x+2 = a

∴ 6a²-5a-4

= 6a²-8a+3a-4

= 2a(3a-4)+1(3a-4)

= (3a-4)(2a+1)

= {3(x+2)-4}{2(x+2)+1}

= (3x+6-4)(2x+4+1)

= (3x+2)(2x+5) Ans.
