6 {x}^{2}  - 13x + 6

By splitting the middle term

6 { x}^{2}  - 9x + 4x + 6

by taking the common outside the bracket

2x(3x - 2) - 3(3x - 2)

by taking the bracket digits common

 = (2x - 3)(3x - 2)

answer = (2x - 3)(3x - 2)

hope it helped...!!
