Astha = 3x

Current Age:

Siddhie = x + 6

Astha = 3x + 6

12 years later:

Siddhie = x + 6 + 12 = x + 18

Astha = 3x + 6 + 12 = 3x + 18

12 years later, Astha will be twice as old as Siddhie:

3x + 18 = 2(x + 18)

3x + 18 = 2x + 36

x = 18

Find their present age now:

Siddhie = x + 6 = 18 + 6 = 24
