This is to inform you about the nuisance caused by stray animals in the recent days.
It is mostly seen that these stray animals comes in the middle of the road and starts fighting with other street animals and thus car accidents occur.In few cases it is seen that ambulances seems to be in a hurry in order to reach the patients on time but due to these stray dogs it becomes late as they come on the middle of the road and starts fights and sometimes they get hit by the car.The owners of these stray dogs should be punished as they are spreading a wrong message in the society and thus it turnishes the image of the country in the eyes of the foreign tourists.
I would be highly obliged if you look into this matter and take necessary actions as soon as possible.
