  • In any manufacturing process
  • A worker is usually a person who does manual labour like manufacturing of goods.  
  • He works under a contract or for labour only.
  • Workers have various rights such as a comfortable and employee friendly work space. The workpiece should be safe and the workers should have access to basic health and safety. A worker should never be discriminated against on the basis of age, gender, race and religion. The interest should be protected and he shall receive a generation for his labour.
