your answer is
there are 60 coins of 1 rupee and 2 coins of 2 rupees it means there are 64 rupees and in the purse 96-64=32
60÷2=30,2÷2=1
60+30=90,2+1=3
1 rupees coin =90

Answer:

24 coins of 1 rs. and 36 coins of 2 rs.

Step-by-step explanation:

let x coins of rs. 1 and y coins of rs. 2

given that total no. of coins are 60

so

x+y = 60     - - - - - -  1

and

x + 2y =96       - - -- - - -2

substracting eq 1 from eq 2

we get

y = 36

and x =24

so there are 24 coins of 1 rs. and 36 coins of 2 rs.
