Let the common multiple be x.
Let mixture of milk =2x and of water =3x.
Then,
2x+3x=60
5x=60=>x=12.
Therefore,
60 litres contains 24 litres milk and 36 litres water.
Now,
If water is added 20 litres,
Total solution becomes 80 litres.
Therefore,
Percentage of milk=24/80×100=30 percent.
Hence,option d) is correct.
